A lady gets into a cab and tells the driver her destination. Along the way, she changes her mind and taps him on the shoulder to get his attention. He is so startled he almost loses control of the cab and wrecks . He finally stops the cab just a few feet of the plate glass window of a department store. He regains his composure, checks to see that his passenger is  alright and apologizes. The lady, in turn, tries to apologize to him for tapping him on the shoulder. He then tells her this was all his fault   and that this was his first day driving a cab after having driven a hearse for  the previous twenty-five years

(Cal Thomas) Nothing is more fulfilling than witnessing  a changed life unless it is watching one's own life change as a result of helping transform the lives of others

(Thomas) If man is basically good, then Jesus died for nothing

(Thomas) Easter represents a siminale event in which there are only two choices. It is either the truth or a lie. There is no third choice on this one

(C S Lewis) If you read history, you will find that the Christians who did the most for the present world were  those who thought the most of the next
